Charles Little, SPHR, SCP, announced today that there have been strategic organizational changes in the executive management team. The move will assist the firm in expanding their presence in the Columbus, GA market, and the Southeast as a whole. “We are excited to expand our existing Human Capital and Human Resources Consulting services to include Healthcare Benefits and Cost Management Strategy Consulting services, said Little. “These areas are a natural fit for our business model and are critical to strong and sustainable business growth for our employers and clients, and now we can make these services available.” 

Strategic HR Partners announces that Dianne Geiger has joined the firm as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Strategic Consulting Services and Business Development. She has 30 + years of experience in business administration management and consulting in the mid to large market, private and public sector. Her expertise in employee healthcare and benefits consulting, business startup and operations execution, and successful sales and marketing background will strengthen Strategic HR Partners’ portfolio, and allow the firm to reach the strategic objectives we have set for 2021 and beyond.”

Dianne has held senior executive positions as a VP of Employee Health & Benefits for Aon Consulting, Partner/VP at WorksiteRx, CEO Business Operations/Account Management Services of Workplace Solutions Health, and Director, Client and Clinical Services/Health and Wellness Programs CareATC.  She has extensive knowledge in the areas of employee benefits and plan design, group health insurance, strategic health cost management strategies, pharmacy benefits management, and employer-sponsored primary clinics. “I am excited to accept this position and work alongside a pioneer in the HR consulting industry, and it’s a privilege to be part of such a well-known, and respected firm.
