Leonard, regional manager of the firm’s Atlanta office. The three-property portfolio sold for a total of $24,234,000.

John T. McCalla, Mason Taylor and Jake Fushimi, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta office, had the exclusive listing to market the three properties on behalf of their sellers, limited liability companies. The buyers, another set of limited liability companies, were also secured and represented by McCalla, Taylor and Fushimi.

The Columbus, GA properties are as follows:

• Overlook Crossing, 164 units for $12,464,000
• Columbus Crossing, 163 units for $9,405,000
• Alpine Apartments, 55 units for $2,365,000
