Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley (BGCCV) is accepting quotes from Food Vendor Companies for individually packaged food items for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). The service area of suppliers is Muscogee County, Columbus, GA. Items to submit quote on are hot unitized meals. The small purchase procurement agreement will take effect May 31, 2022 and end on July 29, 2022. Quotes will be received no later than 12:00 p.m., Monday April 11, 2022 and delivered to:

SFSP program is administered by the Bright from the Start with the state of Georgia. SFSP is a federally funded program that reimburses providers for serving nutritious meals to children during the summer. The potential food vendor will make or support deliveries to each Club location. Meals will be served at to the following locations:

We operate Monday through Friday. We serve approximately 400 per day.
