Jack Hayes of NAI G2 Commercial Real Estate, has earned the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS.

SIOR is the world’s premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office professionals. Individuals who earn their SIOR designation adhere to the highest levels of accountability and ethical standards. Only the industry’s top professionals qualify for the SIOR designation, with 3,600 members in 722 cities and 45 countries. SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and trusted commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,600 commercial real estate professionals who have earned the coveted SIOR designation.

To achieve the SIOR designation, Jack Hayes completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial & office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete their ethics course within their first three years of membership.

Jack’s expertise is diverse, and he is a product expert in Industrial Warehouse and Distribution Centers and Professional & Medical Office. Together with his partner David Johnson, Jack has sold/leased over 40.0 million square feet of space and is recognized as an authority for the region's commercial real estate.

In addition to the SIOR designation, Jack is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has a Masters in Commercial Property (MICP) designation from the Lipsey School of Commercial Real Estate and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Locally Jack has served on the Columbus Georgia Community Development Advisory Board, the Muscogee County Board of Equalization, and presently on the Historic and Architectural Review Board. In addition, Jack has been actively involved in the community, serving non-profits that include the Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity, the Columbus Technical College Foundation, the Alzheimer’s Association as a “Dancing Star of Columbus,” and a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church.
