Medical Connections, a Columbus-based provider of healthcare staffing and recruiting solutions, will now do business as Team1Medical Staffing. The name change comes as part of an overall strategic focus and commitment to align with the future vision of Team1Medical and its parent company, The Reserves Network.

Medical Connections is a full-service healthcare staffing agency that combines clients’ needs with a dynamic, skilled workforce, assessed and trained with the navigational tools needed to succeed in today’s ever-changing workplace. Team1Medical has been providing direct hire and temp-to-hire staffing services in various fields, including nursing, diagnostic imaging, allied healthcare, healthcare administration and more throughout the Greater Houston area since 1995.

Medical Connections assumes the Team1Medical name and will continue to operate as an affiliate of its parent company The Reserves Network. The Reserves Network acquired Medical Connections in 2022 and Team1Medical in 2019.

This will be Team1Medical’s first additional office outside of Houston. Laura Bowen, Team1Medical president, who has been with the firm for over 25 years, will now oversee business operations for both locations.
