Piedmont Columbus Regional sponsored its second annual Women of Excellence celebration on March 30 to honor seven outstanding employees at the Conference Center. Honorees were nominated by their peers and selected by the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council for their commitment to their careers in healthcare and their focus on quality. About 70 Piedmont coworkers and senior leaders attended the event and heard the accolades, witnessed the presentation of special certificates of appreciation then participated in refreshments.  The Council provided pink linens, cupcakes, centerpieces and live pink floral arrangements for each recipient.
