“Graduation marks the culmination of many years of hard work and dedication by these pharmacist practitioners,” said Piedmont Columbus Regional Pharmacy Residency Program Director Jamie Crossman, PharmD, BCACP. “During their time here, each of them helped care for people in the Chattahoochee Valley and have positively impacted our community as a whole.”
Through patient care, practice management, research and other various pharmaceutical practice training segments, the residency instills a philosophy of practice that embraces the concept that pharmacists must be responsible and accountable for optimum drug therapy outcomes.
In March 2023, a total of 10 residents matched with the program and have already joined Piedmont Columbus Regional to complete their residencies.
