Central High School Emphasizing Innovation of Career Tech Education

February is Career Tech Month, and one high school in Phenix City is placing special emphasis on careers that don’t require a 4-year college degree. Here at Central High School, students engage in various industry experiences through what is known as, “Career Technical Education” or CTE.
“Working in CTE and learning and taking those classes teaches you that you can do anything outside of high school that isn’t just college,” said Central High School senior, Presley Holmes.
