WRBL has previously reported on the economic outlook of Columbus from UGA’s and CSU’s annual forecast luncheon. The main highlight for local businesses: outmigration is impacting their ability to retain workers, and we’re headed towards a spending slowdown.

Dr. Deborah Kidder, Dean of CSU’s College of Business and Technology outlined Columbus’ local economic forecast. For local business, she says consumers may be sparce.
