This collaboration, which began in December 2023, is designed to provide comprehensive, customized training for all new hires at Kysor Warren EPTA U.S., ensuring a well-equipped and proficient workforce.

To further demonstrate their commitment to this partnership and support the expansion of Columbus Tech’s training capacity, senior leaders from Kysor Warren EPTA will present a $25,000 check to Columbus Technical College. The check presentation will take place on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the Economic Development Training Center, 5300 Transport Boulevard, Columbus, GA 31907. The training program, developed by Columbus Technical College’s Economic Development Department, spans four days and covers essential topics including basic shop math, precision measurement tools, blueprint reading, safety, electrical assembly, and brazing. This thorough onboarding process has already seen significant participation, with 16 cohorts and approximately 150 new team members completing the program.

In addition to onboarding, Columbus Technical College offers Applied Leadership courses tailored for the local management team of Kysor Warren EPTA. These courses focus on critical skills such as teambuilding, communication, coaching, root cause analysis, and critical thinking. While primarily aimed at local managers, the program has also attracted senior EPTA leadership from Canada, Mexico, Argentina, and Italy, underscoring the global significance of this training initiative.

We are also honored to host senior leadership from EPTA Italy during their visit, including:

  • Marco Nocivelli, Chairman and CEO (Owner)
