Winn-Dixie to Close Stores in Columbus, Phenix City

Supermarket chain Winn-Dixie is planning to reduce its presence in the area by closing two local stores.
Southeastern Grocers, the retailer’s parent company, has confirmed that the stores at 4231 Macon Road in Columbus and 3952 US Hwy 80 in Phenix City will close in late April and mid-May, respectively.
