Catherine Grant, the visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who has led the organization since its founding in 2009, will transition from her role as CEO to Board Director. In this new position, she will continue to contribute strategically to the company’s mission and long-term vision at the governance level.

Grant’s leadership over the past 16 years has been transformative. What began as a single-location urgent care addressing a local need has evolved into a high-growth, multi-location healthcare platform recognized for its exceptional patient experience, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to access and compassion in care.

Throughout her tenure, Grant has established a reputation as a bold, purpose-driven leader. She has championed innovation, fostered a high-performance culture, and consistently delivered industry-leading performance metrics. Under her guidance, ExperCARE has earned national recognition, achieved top patient satisfaction ratings, and emerged as a model for modern, convenient, patient-first healthcare delivery.
