Piedmont Columbus Regional Welcomes 78 Youth Summer Volunteers

In celebrating 60 years of the hospital’s Youth Volunteer Program, Piedmont Columbus Regional-Midtown welcomed 78 students that will be volunteering for the summer - all to catch a glimpse into what a career in healthcare truly looks like.
“It gives youth an opportunity to be in the building and see firsthand - right next to another employee - what we do for our patients,” said Nancy Williams, Director of Volunteer Services for Piedmont Columbus Regional-Midtown. “Hopefully it will spark an interest in them of the career they want to go to in the future.”
