Residents of a senior living facility in Columbus are voicing serious concerns about their living conditions—chief among them, a lack of air conditioning and a persistent bug infestation.

Waverly Terrace, originally built in 1906 as Columbus Junior High School, was converted into housing for residents aged 55 and older. But those who live there say the building’s upkeep has sharply declined.
