Strategic HR Partners Employers Association Announced

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Thursday, September 4th, 2025

Announced that after starting Strategic HR Partners Employers Association, a nonprofit 501c6, in 2007, that it was time to take a hiatus in 2024, to review how SHRP will focus on the many new HR challenges that are facing all organizations regardless of how large they are.  HR Leaders, CEOs, Company Owners, CFOs need to understand today in business the cost of business requires an aggressive approach by companies to realize that the only real assets that great companies have are their employees.

SHRP has always been first in the areas of: Employment Law & Labor Law Training, Management & Supervisory Training, Executive Coaching, Management Recruiting, Outplacement / Transition Processes, HR certification training and HR Regional Conferences for HR professionals that are focused on learning what companies expect from HR Leaders.

This is based on documented testimonials we have received over the years in every area. These testimonials are from CEOs, Owners, COOs, HR Executives, General Councilor, and HR professionals.

We have made two major changes that will improve our customers’ positive results in hiring and retaining the best employees.

First Change:

SHRP’s New Affiliated Partners.  We have always had a strong group of affiliated partners to help us meet most of the needs of our members and client companies, that our SHRP staff doesn’t directly deliver.

Our review of national trends during 2023 and 2024 for our 2025 Strategic Plan made us focus on adding some new partners that deliver what we were missing: Background Checks, Insurance Products: medical insurance, HSAs, Captive Health Care Plans, on and off-site Health Care Clinics, and OSHA / Safety Training. This has been done.

We do these reviews to eliminate the need for organizations to have to use “trial and error method” and waste their time and money on making the wrong decisions.

Second Change:

Jennifer Andrews, MBA, SCP has joined me as my new Business Partner at SHRP.

Jennifer has joined me as our Sr. Director of Business Development and Marketing.

Jennifer has an MBA in Marketing, and a BS degree in Television, Radio, Advertising, and PR.

She has 24 years of experience in Marketing & Human Resources and is a (SCP) or Senior Certified Professional in HR.

Jennifer’s location in Augusta, Ga., adds to our regional efforts to expand throughout the Southeast.

We are in the process of getting our web site up to date.  We will use our web site, direct mail, email, and all the SHRM

Chapters that we are associated with in our region, to announce new the HR Products & Services that are now offered to organizations through Strategic HR Employers Members Association.
