Mediacom Communications recognized two local employees based out of the Columbus Mediacom office, who achieved the company’s top performance rankings for outstanding customer service over the past year. 

An award ceremony was held with corporate executives, where the Columbus-based individuals were recognized for their high performance in 2025. 

Stephanie Morgan earned high performance marks over the past year, resulting in an Employee’s Choice Award for excellence in customer service. Mediacom has employed her for eight years. 

Melinda Dawson has been a Mediacom employee since 1992 and received the People’s Choice Award. She was one of 39 employees nationwide to earn a call center-level award for exemplary customer service in 2025.

Companywide, Mediacom employs over 3,000 people, and the award recipients were among 200 employees recognized for performance achievements over the past year. Award recipients receive a monetary bonus and other employee recognition.
