Emerald Ball to Celebrate Community, Culture, and Service

On Saturday, March 14, The Columbus GA Chapter of The Links,
Incorporated will host An Evening of Emerald Elegance. The Emerald Ball, a distinguished black-tie event celebrating culture, service, and community impact. The event will be held at The Bill Mill Event Center and will bring together supporters and community leaders for an evening of elegance and purpose.
The Emerald Ball reflects the organization’s commitment to uplifting communities through service, education, and cultural enrichment. Proceeds from the event will support programs and initiatives that benefit and strengthen the local community.
During the evening, a special $5,000 June Wright Nursing Scholarship will be presented. This is in honor of June Wright, a former member of the Columbus GA Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and late wife of community leader Dr. Bob Wright, recognizing her legacy and dedication to the nursing profession.
The program will also include the presentation of the Legacy of the Arts Award, honoring an individual who has made meaningful contributions to bringing art and culture to the community.
The recipient will be revealed as a special surprise during the evening’s program.
With emerald-inspired décor, formal attire, and a spirit of celebration, the Emerald Ball highlights
the power of service, culture, and community.
