Thursday, April 23rd, 2026
Early voting begins Monday in Muscogee County ahead of the May 19 primary and nonpartisan election, with two new voting locations available to residents.
The new locations are New Mount Zion Baptist church on Chesterfield Road and Victory Mission on North Lumpkin Road.
Nancy Boren, director of Muscogee County elections and registration, said the voting process remains unchanged from 2020.
“May 19th you’ll be voting the same way you have voted since 2020. You will walk into your polling location if you’re voting in person, you’ll mark your selection on the ballot marking device. There are no changes in process for the May 19th Primary,” Boren said.
