Columbus Council Approves $250,000 for South Commons Master Plan

Columbus City Council approved $250,000 in additional funding for a master plan to develop the South Commons area around Synovus Park, home of the Columbus Clingstones.

Choose Columbus went before city council Tuesday, revealing $250,000 has already been spent studying the area. The group requested another $250,000 to hire a firm and create a master plan for the site.
