The Columbus Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce two 
beloved community events honoring our nation’s heroes and celebrating the holiday season — the Veterans  Day Parade and the Christmas Parade. 

Veterans Day Parade 

Join us as we honor and celebrate the courage and sacrifice of our United States veterans and active-duty service  members. 

• Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026 
• Time: 10:00 a.m. 
• Location: Broadway, Uptown Columbus 

The Veterans Day Parade will feature local veterans’ organizations, marching bands, JROTC units, civic  groups, and community leaders. Residents are encouraged to line up along Parade Broadway and show their  appreciation for those who have bravely served our country. 

Christmas Parade 

Ring in the holiday season with festive floats, marching bands, dancers, and Santa Claus himself at the annual  Columbus Christmas Parade! 

• Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026 
• Time: 10:00 a.m. 
• Location: Broadway, Uptown Columbus 

The Christmas Parade brings families and neighbors together to celebrate the joy and spirit of the season. Community organizations, schools, and businesses are invited to participate by entering a float or performance  group.
