Fall has officially arrived in Uptown Columbus, and Broadway is getting
into the spirit of the season with the Uptown Scarecrow Trail! Throughout the month of October, visitors are invited to stroll along Broadway and check out the creative and colorful scarecrows lining the sidewalks of Uptown.

Businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community groups were invited to “buy a scarecrow” and show off their creative side by decorating their own scarecrow for the trail. Each scarecrow brings its own unique personality and design to Broadway, creating a festive path of fall fun for the entire community to enjoy.

Visitors can stroll through Uptown throughout the month of October to see all of the amazing scarecrow creations and choose their favorite. The community can participate in the People’s Choice competition by visiting the Uptown Columbus Facebook page and liking their favorite scarecrow. The scarecrow with the most likes will be named the People’s Choice Favorite Scarecrow of the 2026 Uptown Scarecrow Trail.

The Scarecrow Trail is a fun way to enjoy the fall season, explore Broadway, and see the creativity of Uptown’s local businesses and community members. Whether you're visiting with family, meeting friends, or simply taking a stroll through Uptown, be sure to keep an eye out for all of the unique scarecrow displays!
