Columbus Technical College proudly announces that 100% of its Spring 2026
graduating class from the Radiologic Technology program successfully passed the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification exam on their first attempt.
This remarkable achievement reflects the program’s strong academic foundation, high-quality instruction, and the dedication of both students and faculty. The ARRT certification exam is a nationally recognized credential that
signifies a graduate’s readiness to enter the healthcare workforce as a competent radiologic technologist.
“This accomplishment demonstrates the commitment, perseverance, and excellence of our students,” said Kimberly Whitaker, Program Director for Radiologic Technology at Columbus Technical College. “A 100% pass rate is not only a testament to their hard work, but also to the strength of our faculty and our mission to provide exceptional healthcare education.”
Radiologic technologists play a critical role in patient care by performing diagnostic imaging procedures that help physicians diagnose and treat medical conditions. Passing the ARRT certification exam is a key milestone required for professional practice in the field.
Columbus Technical College’s Radiologic Technology program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience, preparing graduates to meet industry standards and excel in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
“This achievement highlights the quality of education and student support at Columbus Technical College,” said Dr. Matt Dennis, Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Division of Health Sciences and Nursing. “We are incredibly proud of our graduates and their success as they begin their professional careers.”
Enrollment for the Radiologic Technology program remains competitive, with a focus on preparing students for both certification success and long-term career advancement in medical imaging.
